Monochrome Madness

So yesterday afternoon I arrived back in NYC (home sweet home!) and I'm loving it! I didn't realize how much I was truly missing everyone and everything. I went out to dinner with my good friend Joy at a restaurant in lower manhattan, and it was quite lovely.

I'm still obsessed with the black and white trend (will I ever stop? probably not!) so of course my outfit took full advantage of that. (Also, how cool is this door?!)

I got home from dinner before my mum got home and I snuck downstairs to surprise her when she did and it was pretty hilarious how she thought she was hallucinating for a couple minutes because she couldn't believe I was here. Then she proceeded to start crying. All in all, an eventful day back, lets see what the rest of the weekend holds!
